We are in the Home Stretch!

CAST NOTES!

Showtime is approaching! We are so excited. Here are some final notes to help you be ready. We will be receiving costumes this Friday. If your Student had pieces made for them there may be a price attached. See the bottom to see how much your student owes. They must pay this in order to receive their costume Friday. When they received their costumes they are now fully responsible for them. Please have them wear their costume to school Wednesday November 14th. They will check in with her teacher and then head up to the stage to get ready for the assembly. have them bring a bag and a change of clothes so they can change for the rest of school and get their costume home safely that night. Some students like to bring a basket or a bag. These things would be great for other costume items.

FLATWARE $20
SILLY GIRLS $23
WOLVES $8

Call time for the evening performances is 5 p.m. Students should come in costume with basic makeup on. The shows begin at 6 p.m.
Call time for the Friday matinee is 1:15. They will need to bring their costumes to school this day. After school they can quickly change and be ready for the show at 2 p.m.

During the show students will be in room 101. Please talk to your student about being respectful of the teachers room as it is a privilege for us to use it. There will be no eating or drinking in the room they may have water in the hall. Please no eating in costume. Cast members are encouraged to bring something quiet to do or quiet games to play while waiting for their turn to head to the stage.

CAST PICTURES
We will be taking cast pictures Thursday November 15th starting at 5pm. Please be on time and ready! Thank you to Molly Poore for taking these pictures for us. They will be put into a google album and a link will be on the blog.

Videography
We were able to buy the video and photography rights to this show! Denny Guymon will be recording it for us, THANK YOU!, it will be available for purchase. More details to come.

TSHIRTS
If you missed out on ordering t-shirts and would like one, please fill out an order form at the concessions table.  If we have enough orders to meet the minimum order requirements, we will place an order. Do not pay or leave money, we will collect funds only if an order is placed.  Cast t-shirts were $10, hoodies were $20.

TICKETS
You and your friends can purchase tickets online up until 30 minutes before the show begins.  After that time, you may purchase tickets at the door. If you still need to purchase tickets, we have learned that purchasing tickets on a desktop computer provides the most reliable service.  All functions of the website work well in this format.

MAKEUP
All performers need to have basic stage makeup applied before coming to dress rehearsals and performances.  Take some time to teach your performer how to apply makeup, this way he/she can take care of his/her self for dress rehearsals and maybe then feel confident enough for performances.  Create a bag for your performer’s makeup to keep with his/her costume.

Basic stage makeup includes the following (boys and girls):
Foundation and powder, Blush, Eyeliner and mascara, Lipstick

We do not have people available to apply makeup for the full cast.  We have many roles that require extensive makeup, and our makeup staff will need to attend to these performers.  Unless told otherwise, leads also need to come with basic makeup applied.
