Introducing Crestview Performance!

Hello Crestview families,

We are excited to announce Crestview Performance. It is an annual theater production open to 4th, 5th and 6th graders. This fall we will be putting on Willy Wonka Jr. Auditions will be held in September and the the show will be performed in November.

We will need parent help as volunteer and costume coordinators, stage crew director and concession coordinators. If you are interested please let Stephanie Strasser know at crestviewperformance@gmail.com

Please look for more information as the school year starts and on the blog at Crestviewperformance.blogspot.com. Crestview Performance is a wonderful way for the community to come together and help these students become stars. You can also follow us on instagram at crestviewperformance

Maren Holmes is delighted to be directing this production! She currently works as the Beverly Taylor Sorenson Theatre Specialist for Morningside and Arcadia Elementary schools. She graduated from Southern  Utah University where she worked for years with the Utah Shakespeare Festival’s Education department, helping to run their Playmaker’s shows and yearly Shakespeare celebration for local elementary schools. Since then she has taught theatre, music and performance to students of all ages. She’s so excited to return to her roots with an elementary level production, and can’t wait to be blown away by all the talent Crestview Elementary this fall.

Stephanie Strasser can't wait to bring Crestview Performance to life and will be the music director and producer. She has been a part of Rosecrest Performance for 5 years helping with costumes, production, set creating and music director for 2 years. She recently moved to the Crestview area and is excited to see the Crestview kids shine!
