Rehearsal schedule and more

The first 2 weeks of rehearsals are scheduled! Click HERE or on the link to the right. Also, a parent help sign-up genius will be set-up soon. We will need help gathering costumes, setting up volunteers, helping with stage crew, tickets, decorating, concessions, crowd control at Full Cast rehearsals etc. If there is an area you are interested in please let us know!

Cast Announced and First Rehearsal

Check the link HERE or to the right to see the cast list. Monday September 11th is the first FULL CAST rehearsal from 3:30-5pm. We can't wait to get going. Congrats to everyone!!!

Packet oops

I have received word that some packets had some printing problems and errors. I am posting what should have been sent home about the Parent participation.

Parent and Guardian Participation:  Each parent or guardian will be encouraged to give at least three hours of service in order to make this show successful.  If you are not able to volunteer, we will be accepting $30 to cover the time.  We will also need a parent or volunteer to oversee each production crew such as Costumes, Sets, Stage Crew, Tickets & Advertisement, etc.  These individuals will be responsible for the assigned crew and will report to the director.  

Also, some packets were missing the song. You can find the full song in the packet linked here and you can practice it by following the directions below.

Parent help needed at auditions!

We need parent help in the hall during auditions. Your job will be to keep the kids in line and quiet while they wait to enter the audition. You will also need to give encouragement as they go into their audition! Please sign up on the sign up genius link to the right or by clicking HERE

Auditions!

Hello!
    We are getting ready for this great show! Auditions will be September 5-7. Tuesday the 5th and Wednesday the 6th will be open auditions on a first come first served basis from 3:30-5pm in the auditorium. Call backs will be on Thursday the 7th. The cast list will be posted at the end of school Friday. There is a link to the audition packet in the right hand column--> or packets will be available in the office ASAP! Spread the word and see you at auditions!
